Conversation with Bjorn Lestrud - Founder of Blue Dragon Healing
Bjorn Lestrud is a sound healer, storyteller, and founder of Blue Dragon Healing. His journey has been deeply shaped by ancient shamanic traditions and personal experiences with plant medicines, which helped him reconnect with his true self. Now he helps others do the same, guiding them toward emotional clarity, spiritual growth, and authentic self-expression.
A pivotal moment came in 2010 when Bjorn explored the teachings of Bob Proctor, leading to an emotional release that marked the beginning of his awakening. This experience inspired him to seek deeper fulfillment and genuine expression. His journey took a significant turn in 2021 during the Light Portal in Tulum, where he began a series of encounters ancient wisdom and discovered the power of sound through transformative experiences with plant medicine and biofield tuning.
